1. Services Offered

  • What types of services do you provide? I provide holistic support for various health needs, including acute care, chronic conditions, pregnancy support, and guidance on diet and lifestyle for all stages of life. My approach incorporates homeopathic remedies, cell salts, gemmotherapy, and supplements to support the body’s natural healing processes. Each recommendation is personalized to address your unique health concerns and promote overall well-being.

  • Are virtual consultations available? Consultations are via phone (acute), virtual, or in person.

2. Fees and Payment

  • What are the fees for your services?

    • Acute Appointments: $50

    • Ongoing health issues: Initial Appointment: $150

    • Further Follow-Up: $60

  • Do you offer package deals or discounts? No

  • What forms of payment do you accept? Payments are accepted in cash (in person) or credit card.

  • Do you accept insurance or health savings accounts (HSAs)? I do not accept insurance; you can use your HSA if your insurance provider allows it.

3. Appointment Details

  • How can I book an appointment?

  • Please tell me where the appointments are held.

    • Acute appointments will be a phone call.

    • In-person at my office: Stillwater, MN 55082

    • Virtual, you will be sent an invitation link to join the consultation.

  • What should I bring to the first appointment? You can also bring any labs or medical procedure information that you think will be helpful for me to know.

4. Health Concerns You Address

  • What conditions or concerns do you specialize in? I can help you with any health concerns. Keep in mind that the road to healing is not a straight line. I don’t promise quick recovery, but typically, I can help you experience some form of palliation.

  • Are your services suitable for children, pregnant women, or specific groups? Yes, I treat all ages and stages of life.

5. Homeopathic Remedies

  • How do you select remedies for clients? I draw from my training in classical homeopathy and various functional medicine approaches to choose supplements and homeopathic remedies tailored to each client. By carefully assessing how your illness presents—considering mental and physical symptoms, as well as underlying imbalances—I will make commendations that best support your body’s natural healing process. I aim to address the root cause and restore balance rather than simply managing symptoms.

  • Do you provide remedy kits, and what’s included? I do have remedy kits available. Contact me to discuss which kit or remedies will best fit your needs.

  • Are remedies safe for pregnancy, children, or people on medication? Yes, all can use homeopathic remedies; I have been trained to assist you in using them safely.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • What is your cancellation policy? There is a 24-hour cancellation policy; you will be charged a 50% hold when scheduling your appointment. If rescheduled at the time of cancellation, this fee will be applied to future appointments.

  • How can I reschedule an appointment? You can use the “change” button on the scheduling page, which is also included in the confirmation email you received when scheduling your appointment.

7. Preparation for Appointments

  • What should I do to prepare for my consultation? I will need you to establish your HIPPA-protected Whole Practice account by following these steps:

    1. Create or Log Into Your Account with the link I email you.

    Once you have set up your contact information, please log in.

    2. Complete Your “To Do” Forms

    • Once logged in, go to your Dashboard or “To Do” List section.

    • Click on each required form(s) and complete the necessary information.

    • Ensure all details are accurate before submitting.

    3. Finalize Your Setup

    • Review your account settings, notifications, and preferences.

    4. Need Help?

    • If you have any questions or issues, please get in touch with me at [Your Contact Information].

8. Follow-Up Support

  • Do you provide follow-up consultations? Yes.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • How is my personal information protected? Your information is kept in my Whole Practice Website account, which is HIPPA-protected.

  • Will my health details be shared with anyone? No. I am legally obligated to share your information if self-harming thoughts are shared.

10. Emergency Situations

  • Can I contact you in case of an emergency? Acute care appointments can be scheduled via this link: (placeholder). If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.

  • Should I consult with my primary care provider for urgent health concerns? You must make this decision for yourself; I cannot make it for you. Homeopathy can help in a variety of health situations. But, again, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
