Hello, I’m Tammy — and I’m so glad you’re here, ready to awaken your innate healing intelligence.

After many years working in critical care, emergency, trauma, and cardiac nursing, I grew increasingly drawn to the preventive side of health, supporting people before they reach crisis. That calling led me to become a Traditional Naturopath, Homeopath, and Functional Nutrition Practitioner. Today, I bring my hospital experience into a slower, more relational setting, where there is time to listen, think deeply, and look for patterns instead of simply putting out fires.

As a mother of five and grandmother of two, I understand the daily realities of raising a family—sleepless nights, big emotions, recurring sickness, and the pressure of making “the right” decisions. My own path into homeopathy started with my desire to care for my family in a way that felt both safe and effective. From helping with teething, earaches, and stomach bugs to supporting deeper, chronic concerns, I’ve seen how gentle remedies can make a real difference over time.

In my practice, I combine my nursing background with traditional naturopathy, homeopathy, homeobotanicals, and functional nutrition. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, we explore your whole health story—physical symptoms, emotional well-being, lifestyle, stress, personal history, and family patterns—to better understand where your body may need support. Together, we develop a practical, individualized plan that works with your unique circumstances and season of life. My goal isn’t to chase symptoms or offer quick fixes, but to help restore balance, build resilience, and empower you with knowledge and confidence on your healing journey.

I also volunteer at the Roijen Homeopathic Clinic project, serving people in The Gambia, West Africa, where access to conventional medical care can be limited. A half-day each week, I offer free consultations online as part of a wider team of homeopaths and students from around the world. It is a privilege to watch people respond to ongoing, thoughtful care, even with very few resources on the ground. (Visit my Links page to learn more or to support this inspiring project.)

My mission is simple: to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and practical tools so that you and your family can not only get through hard seasons but truly thrive.
